Please be sure to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your rental time. Your scheduled rental time is your scheduled departure time.
If you are running late, this will take away from your total rental time. If we are able to accommodate a later arrival time, we will do our best but this is not a guarantee especially for 8 hour rentals.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate electric wheelchairs on our pontoons at this time. We do currently have ramp access to our Coastal Cruiser Charter boat!
If you have any questions about accommodations or how we can best support you for your rental, please contact us at (251) 980-5222 to find out more!
All cancellations require a 24 hour notice for a full refund. Any trip cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full. If a lightning storm or small craft advisory prevents us from releasing the vessel, you will not be charged. Intermittent rain and/or clouds will not constitute grounds for cancellation.
Not necessarily! Many of our guests are first-time boaters. Before you head out, we'll provide a thorough safety briefing and a hands-on orientation so you feel confident operating your boat.
Our pontoons accommodate up to 12 passengers, or 12 passengers plus 1 captain if you've booked a bareboat rental with a hired captain.
You can explore the beautiful back bays of Perdido Key, including Perdido Bay, Lillian Bay, and Big Lagoon (Big Lagoon is available on 8-hour rentals only).
Yes! Fuel is included in the total cost of your rental, so there are no surprise fuel charges when you return.
Your safety is our top priority. We continuously monitor weather conditions and will not operate if conditions are unsafe. High winds, lightning, tropical storms, or other hazardous weather may result in cancellations. Passing clouds or intermittent rain alone are not grounds for cancellation.
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring snacks, drinks, and a cooler. We simply ask that you leave the glass containers at home. Need a cooler? We have coolers available for rent.
Yes. Passengers who are 21 years of age or older may consume alcohol. However, the boat operator must remain sober for the entire rental.
Yes! We provide all required U.S. Coast Guard safety equipment, including properly sized life jackets for both adults and children.
If you choose not to purchase a damage protection package, a refundable security hold will be placed on your credit card at check-in. The hold will be released after your rental, provided the boat is returned without damage or excessive cleaning needs.
Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure to complete check-in and your safety briefing. Your rental begins at the scheduled departure time, not when you arrive. While we'll do our best to accommodate late arrivals, we cannot guarantee additional time if you arrive late or are not ready to depart.
Yes—we're dog-friendly for well-behaved, friendly dogs! We ask that you clean up after your pet and place towels over the seats to help protect the upholstery from sharp puppy dog claws.
*Please note that only a limited number of beaches and waterfront restaurants are pet-friendly. Depending on where you visit, your dog may need to remain on board for the duration of your trip.
