Please arrive at least 20 minutes early for your scheduled reservation time. Bring your physical license to the office – it must be physically present, we cannot accept digital, paper, or photos of IDs.
Check in is located at the yellow building in the middle of the Flora-Bama parking lot next to Ole River Grill.
All drivers and passengers must be present at check in in order to participate.

Rental Ages: 19+ ** An adult (19+) chaperone is required for any group including participants 18 or under.
Driver Ages: 16+ with a valid physical drivers license. We do not accept photos of licenses, paper licenses, or digital licenses such as LA Wallet.
Participation Ages: 5+ ** All Participants 18 or under must have a parent or guardian present during check in in order to participate in the rental.

Is renter’s insurance available?
Yes! We’re excited to offer rental insurance through VQuip. Insurance can be purchased during checkout or on-site the day of your rental.
Am I required to purchase rental insurance?
No, insurance is not required. However, if you choose not to purchase coverage, you are responsible for any damage to the rental equipment or to any third parties that may occur during your rental.
How old to drive a ski?
At least 16 years old with a valid driver’s license and parental signature if under the age of 19. Anyone under the age of 19 must be accompanied by someone 19 or older during their rental.
Can we switch riders?
No. Guests may not pick up new riders during the rental time. Those who are on the ski when it departs the beach are the only guests allowed on the ski during the rental time.
Is there a weight limit for the skis?
Yes - a maximum weight of 350 lbs per ski (total weight).
Are life jackets required?
Yes. Must be worn at all times on the water.
Can we ride in the Gulf?
No. Stay in the designated riding area in the Back Bays of Perdido Key and the intercoastal zones.
All Cancellations require a 24 hour notice for a full refund. Any trip cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full. If a lightning storm or small craft advisory prevents us from releasing the vessel, you will not be charged. Intermittent rain and/or clouds will not constitute grounds for cancellation.
