Where is your main office located?
Our office is at 29603 Perdido Beach Blvd., Orange Beach, AL 36561. Look for the bright yellow building directly across from the world-famous Flora-Bama on the state line.
What are your business hours?
In Season (March 1st – October 31st): Open 7 days a week, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Off Season (November 1st – April 30th): Open Tuesday – Saturday, 9 AM – 5 PM
What are the age requirements for rentals?
To rent a jet ski or pontoon, you must be at least 19 years old.
To drive a jet ski, you must be 16 with a valid driver’s license and a parent or guardian’s signature. Permits and photos of IDs are not accepted.
Do you have lifejackets? Are we required to wear them?
Each boat is equipped with twelve Coast Guard-approved life jackets. Children under the age of 8 and/or persons under 90 lbs are required to wear a life jacket at all times when the boat is moving. We do have additional children's life jackets available.
Can I take a Flora-Bama Pontoon or Jet ski into the Gulf of Mexico/America?
No. For the safety of our patrons and our rental equipment, we do not allow Flora-Bama pontoons or jetskis into the Gulf.
Can I rent a pontoon to see the Blue Angels practice or show?
Yes! We’re excited to offer extended rental boundaries that now include Big Lagoon, where the Blue Angels practice and perform. To access this area, you must rent a pontoon for a minimum of 8 hours.
Can I tow a float or a tube behind a pontoon?
No. In accordance with our insurance requirements and Orange Beach City Ordinances, no towables are allowed on our Pontoon Boats.
What should I bring?
The rental operator must present a valid driver’s license. We cannot accept photos, Digital Wallets, or copies of original IDs.
Depending on your rental type, we recommend bringing sunscreen, towels, beach toys, floats, and anything else to enhance your trip.
If you’re concerned about any of your belongings getting wet (phones, keys, wallets, etc) we recommend you bring a dry bag or plastic bag.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and credit/debit cards for watercraft rentals and cruise bookings. We are not able to accept personal checks at this time. Please note that all reservations require a card on file.
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes! We proudly offer a 10% discount to guests with a valid military ID.
